Belvedere in Vienna is a palace, which used to be a Baroque residence of prince Eugene of Savoy, who lived at the turn of 16th and 17th centuries. The last Habsburg, who held an office in the Belvedere, was an archduke Franz Ferdinand. Today the building in Vienna holds above all the Museum of Austrian Baroque and Medieval Art. Inside there is a collection of paintings admired by art connoisseurs. The building suffered a great deal during the both World War, after which it was reconstructed, and due to that tourists visit this place eagerly.
