Fat Thursday - the last Thursday before Lent, begins the last week of the carnival. In Poland, according to tradition, it is allowed to overeat on this day. The most popular dishes are donuts and faworki (brushwood), but also pancakes, pancakes and other sweet and high-calorie dishes.
