Despite the fact that geysers are a rare phenomenon on our globe, the Yellowstone National Park in the state of Wyoming concentrates half of the world’s geysers on its territory. Water heated deeply underground to the boiling temperature can be thrown up to 70m. With regard to the way the geysers erupt, they may be divided into the fountain ones (spouting water high up) and the cone ones (walloping).
