Hrabovo is a tourist district of the town of Ružomberok, located in central Slovakia. Originally there was a small settlement, settled by the laborers working on the construction of water supply, sewage systems and dams on the Hrabovský creek. Currently Hrabovo is a recreation area, in the center of which an artificial lake is located. The lake is surrounded by guesthouses and charming houses with rooms for tourists. In the district there are also famous Skipark Ružomberok and a gondola lift functioning since 1964.
