I am a place of communal congregation. I was a Chruch turned into a Mosque and then into a Cathedral. I have seen the golden days of Umayyads in Spain. I resemble a forest of palm trees. I am a place for the congregation (gathering). I have been used by different communities for coming together for noble purposes. I give a sense of a palm forest carved in stone. I stand in the land of al-Andalus.
