Traditional Hungarian goulash soup online puzzle
Goulash soup is one of the most popular dishes of the Hungarian cuisine. The soup was inspired by the pastoral culture. Traditionally, the soup was cooked by men who were spending their summers grazing sheep in the mountains. The dish was cooked outdoors in cauldrons hanging over a bonfire. Among the basic ingredients of that dish there are lard, meat cut into small pieces, sweet and hot pepper, onion. All these ingredients are typical for the Hungarian cuisine and for that reason goulash soup may be considered as the Hungarian cuisine in a nutshell (or… in a cauldron).
