Many fruit rich in vitamins and microelements are available only in the short period of the year, which significantly limits their availability on the market. Fruit such as whortleberries, blueberries, strawberries, plums or currants are collected only for a few weeks during which we can enjoy their taste. However, it is difficult to store them without processing because they are very unstable and delicate. One of the methods used by generations to preserve the taste and properties of seasonal fruit is the preparing jams and preserves, the taste of which is reminiscent of the rays of the summer sun in which the fruits ripened.
