Pad Thai is one of the most popular dishes in Thailand. Its main ingredient are fried rice noodles, to which tofu and shrimps are added. The taste is complemented by an oriental sauce of fish and oysters, lime juice, mung bean sprouts and chive. The noodles are slightly spicy thanks to the addition of pepper, garlic and tamarind.
