Indonesia is the country located in south-east of Asia. Jakarta, which is inhabited by almost 8,5 million people, is the capital city of Indonesia. Indonesia is called the country of a thousand islands, however, there are over 17 500 islands, out of which about 6 thousand are uninhabited. This country is known mostly for hundreds of dormant volcanoes that can be found on its territory as well as for breathtaking tropical nature and picturesque, heavenly beaches. Indonesian beaches are very clean and well-maintained, although exotic. Many of them is privately owned. The place attracts numerous tourists despite the fact that Indonesia is often tormented by earthquakes and tsunamis.
