Grand Teton National Park is located in the US state of Wyoming, near the border with Idaho. It was established in 1929 and owes its name to Grand Teton peak in the Rockies. The areas of the park include, among others, a picturesque mountain range and glacial lakes located at the foot of the peaks: Jenny Lake, Leigh Lake and Lake Solitude. There is a hiking trail on the bank of Lake Solitude that runs to Paintbrush Divide. Tourists may encounter rare species of animals and plants in the area.
