Autumn days are getting shorter, so it is worth taking advantage of every sunny afternoon. A walk among rustling, colorful leaves underfoot will allow us to relax and oxygenate. The best place for a walk is a forest or park where we can enjoy the closeness of nature and admire yellow-orange tree crowns. An appropriate amount of movement, fresh air and a bit of sunshine will help fight the autumn blues.
