Mierla (Turdus Merula) is a singing bird of the Turdus genus, the Turdidae family, which is widespread in Europe, Asia, North Africa, Australia and New Zealand. It feeds particularly with food of animal origin, but consumes some fruit and vegetable seeds according to the season. Mierla is classified by plumage or body size.
