From the second half of the 18th century, Rogalin belonged to the Raczyński family, who then built a house for themselves. Count Edward Raczyński, the most distinguished member of this family, was the president of the Republic of Poland in exile in the 1980s. <br />
The palace is a branch of the National Museum. From the huge palace, only one wing is open to the public, in which there are several family portraits, some medals and personal belongings of count.
