The Airbus A380-800 is a French-made aircraft from Airbus based in Toulouse. The A380 is a two-story, wide-body aircraft powered by four engines. The maiden flight was on April 27, 2005 and the first passenger flight was on October 25, 2007 with Singapore Airlines. An interesting fact is that the Airbus A380 can accommodate as many as 853 passengers in the entire economy class and about 500 passengers in a three-class arrangement.
