International Court of Justice in the Hague (Netherlands) online puzzle
International Court of Justice is the main judicial court of the United Nations. It consists of 15 judges, who are elected for a ten-year term of office. Every three years five judges are elected, who may continue to hold an office in a way of reelection. All the judges must come from a different country. When in office they cannot perform any other professional jobs (apart from running lectures or publishing). The basis of ruling is the international law, the Court of Justice pronounces verdicts in the international cases and expresses advisory opinions. The Court of Justice is located in the Peace Palace in the Hague.
