Porlock Weir is a small port settlement in the south-west of England. There are 17th century houses up to this day. The port itself is over a thousand years old! The first written records date back to the Middle Ages. Specific oceanic climate of the British Isles influences the growth of picturesque greenery in the area of the settlement. All things combined – the architecture of the village as well as colorful wild flowers – create a unique landscape especially in spring.
