Water park is a place for swimming and fun as well as relaxation in water or its immediate vicinity. Water parks are usually equipped with swimming pools of various depths, paddling pools, water nozzles, slides and artificial rivers. Such parks can be roofed or open-air. These types of facilities are particularly frequented by families with children and young people. Water parks often extend their offer with a range of relaxing treatments, e.g. massages, as well as the possibility to use a sauna or jacuzzi. Water slides, however, are still the biggest attraction of water parks, as they provide both children and adults with hours of entertainment.
