The world famous Arc de Triomphe is located in the Place Charles de Gaulle, in the eighth arrondissement of Paris. Its construction was completed in 1836. Paris Arc de Triomphe has an observation deck, which offers spectacular views of the entire city. On the west side we see modern skyscrapers of the business district of La Défense. Grande Arche de la Fraternité, i.e. the Great Arch of Brotherhood, standing in one line with the Arc de Triomphe. This cubical structure was being built in 1982-1990.
