Italian cuisine is famous for its large variety, depending on region. Cheeses play an important role in it: soft, like the famous mozzarella, or hard – e.g. numerous kinds of pecorino. Traditional Italian meal consists of a starter (antipasto), a flour dish (pasta) and a main course (it can be chicken meat with rice, that is risotto). The Italians love desserts too – they eat sweet croissants for breakfast, of course with a cup of coffee.
