Spa therapy most often includes massages (e.g. with the use of devices that are seen in the picture) and water therapy (baths, water jets etc.). These procedures are meant not only to maintain the proper fitness of our bodies, but also of the mind – a visit in a spa parlor should be relaxing and encourage to be active, simply speaking: to restore a natural harmony of body and soul.
