Menton is a town in southeastern France, close to the Italian border. Menton, situated on the French Riviera on the Mediterranean Sea, is called the Pearl of France. Lemon is one of the town’s symbols – due to favorable climate there are lots of lemons, oranges and mandarins. The Lemon Festival takes place every year and visitors may admire monumental sculptures made of yellow and orange fruits. The town is willingly photographed by tourists due to colorful facades of the buildings as well as beautiful gardens and beaches.
