Built in the years 1682-1732 at the Carmelite monastery, restored in the 19th century. During World War II it was located in the ghetto. After the war, it was rebuilt in the 1950s. Due to the extension of the then ul. Świerczewski, in 1962 the church was moved back by 21 meters, hence it is also known as the "sliding church". Al. "Solidarności" 80
