Monpazier (France) online puzzle
Monpazier is a village located in the French region of Aquitaine, which was founded in the thirteenth century by King Edward I. It is a perfectly preserved fortified settlement called bastide with a characteristic system of streets and houses, which were built on a well-defined surface. In the past the village was encircled with a thick defensive walls. In the center there is a large square surrounded by historic buildings with stone arches and the thirteenth-century church of Saint-Dominique. Monpazier is considered to be one of the most beautiful villages in France.
