Dubrovnik is a Croatian port town located on the Adriatic Sea. Its old town is surrounded by well-preserved medieval walls. The gates, towers and forts, which are remnants of the old system of fortifications, are also well preserved. Coastal panorama of the town, with a marina full of yachts, can be admired from a walking route that runs along the 25-meter walls. Dubrovnik, known as the Pearl of the Adriatic, is the most frequently visited town in Dalmatia. There are numerous religious and secular architectural monuments that represent different eras and styles.
