Denver is located in the American state of Colorado. The city was founded in 1858 and it is well-known for its numerous museums. The Colorado State Museum is one of them, for many years it was located in a neoclassical building designed by the famous architect Frank Edbrooke. The impressive white marble building was put into use in 1915. Currently, there are mainly offices and conference rooms. Recently, the historic building has undergone extensive renovation.
