Tampa is located on the west coast of Florida and is the largest city of the Tampa-Saint Petersburg-Clearwater Metropolitan Area, as well as the center of Hillsborough County. Downtown Tampa is located on the banks of the Hillsborough River. There are numerous clubs, restaurants, museums, theaters and the Florida Aquarium that attracts thousands of tourists. The city center is dominated by skyscrapers including the 176-meter 100 North Tampa built in the early 1990s of pewter-colored glass and Spanish granite. The 100 North Tampa building previously held the names of the Regions Building as well as the AmSouth Building.
