The newest commercial and service acquisition of the city was built on the site of the once famous restaurant "Kaskada", which ended its life with a tragic fire. The gallery was built in March 2010, and on September 28, 2011 it was opened. 140 shops, restaurants and service facilities on it. At the highest point, the GK is 25 meters. The pace of work was impressive, but in the final stage, during the infrastructure construction phase, the center was heavily jammed. According to the residents (and the authorities as well) it was worth the effort...
