Italian cuisine is known mostly for pizza and pasta. Mostly, but not only for them. Apart from those popular dishes it offers also such delicacies as sweet crisped cakes, girandole (roulades) made of salmon and shrimps or broth with noodles made of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. The Italians also specialize in ravioli (seen in the picture), stuffed with spinach, meat, vegetables or cheese.
