City of Lodi in Lombardy (Italy) online puzzle

Lombardy is the Italian historic region located in the north of the country. It is also one of the wealthiest regions of Europe known for a wide range of local wines and dishes. Lodi is one of the provinces in Lombardy, with the capital of the same name. The city of Lodi is situated on the river Adda is and the industrial and commercial center surrounded by mostly agricultural areas of the province. On 10 May 1796 the famous Battle of Lodi took place, in which young Napoleon Bonaparte defeated the Austrians. Lodi is famous for artistic handicraft, mostly the production of tin-lead glazed pottery – such glazing is called maiolica. In the city there are a cathedral and several medieval churches. It is worth visiting the Cathedral Square, where very narrow pastel tenement houses are literally contiguous to the walls of the temple.
