There are many modern skyscrapers in Atlanta (Bank of America Plaza is one of them), but the city also cherishes its heritage. It is worth visiting the Museum of the Civil War, the house of Margaret Mitchell – the author of Gone with the Wind and the Museum of Coca-Cola. Not everyone knows that this world-renowned carbonated beverage was created in Atlanta. In the suburbs of the city there is the Confederate Memorial Carving at the top of Stone Mountain, which measures 513 meters.
