Panama City is the capital of the Republic of Panama, the country located in Central America on the Panama Canal. The city has two historic districts: the Old Town, i.e. Casco Viejo, and the ruins of so-called Old Panama (Panamá Viejo). However, in the capital there are areas dominated by modern office buildings and banks. Currently, more than 200 high-rise buildings in Panama City have exceeded the height of one hundred meters. The 52-storey greenish F & F Tower is one of them. It is a characteristic office building that looks as if it was twisted several times around its own axis.
