The town of Dolcedo is located in Liguria in the province of Imperia. In the maze of narrow streets it is easy to find a local pub or a souvenir shop. The surrounding countryside is covered with numerous olive groves and the town itself is known for the production of olive oil. The Baroque church of St. Thomas the Apostle, the tower bell of which dominates the urban buildings, is the most important historic monument of Dolcedo.
