Bovine animals are kept by people in order to obtain meat, milk and leather. Some adults, mostly male, are also used to work on farms, but now they are increasingly being replaced by machines. Young domestic cattle are bred mostly to obtain delicate meat called veal. Calves, like most young mammals, are very friendly and curious. Some calves are also exceptionally charming. The young representatives of Hereford and Limousine breeds are certainly adorable.
