Houses on Christiansø (Denmark) online puzzle
Christiansø is a small Danish island that belongs to the Ertholmene archipelago. It is inhabited by only a few dozen people and their houses, courtyards and gardens look like a ready-made setting of a historical film. Most of the island's buildings date back to the 17th and early 18th centuries. Stone walls and fences are partly covered with grass and bushes, thanks to which they perfectly fit in the idyllic landscape of this charming seaside settlement. Residents cannot make any major changes in their premises, as all the buildings in Christiansø belong to the specially protected area.
